（中央社記者黃麗芸台北25日電）全球關注歐洲比利時恐攻事件。台北市長柯文哲今天表示，北市府有和國安局討論恐攻，將利用2017世界大學運動會做模擬，在活動舉辦前，也將進行實戰演習。
柯文哲上午出席在台北101大樓舉行的「105年北北基桃聯合災害防救演習（地震避難疏散演練）」致詞說，這次演習去年就開始規劃，結合中央和地方、跨縣市大規模合作。
他說，自己近來看到南台大地震、法國巴黎和比利時布魯塞爾的恐怖攻擊，認為居安思危是很重要文化，最後目的就是建構安全的台灣社會。
媒體詢問是否加強恐攻？柯文哲表示，恐攻有和國安局進行討論，利用世大運的機會做模擬，活動舉行前的時期，北市關於恐攻還有實戰演習。
台北101董事長周德宇也說，安全是101大樓最重要資產，和北市府一樣關心，人可能是最重要的關鍵，包括器具和設備引進要熟練操作。
是否憂心成為恐攻目標？周德宇表示，一定是和國家最高安全單位保持最密切聯繫，這不會是一個企業或一棟大樓的問題，當然也會和北市府密切合作，這是全民的問題，包含意識上和作為上。1050325
